A time to reflect

As I sit here on my 44th birthday, (how the hell that happened i just do not know!!), I reflect on just what a great year last year was for me. Promotion at work, moving house, son starting high school, having my own website and having my first solo exhibition amongst some other great shows with the University of Suffolk.

Another year older doesn't feel that great physically (but that is all just crap anyway), but where I am in my life and with my art work feels the most authentic it's ever felt..... and thats what should matter and it does mean a lot to ..Me...

So whilst reflecting I realised that some truly lovely individuals had enjoyed my work so much last year that they purchased pieces for their homes, that really humbles me. I love that people, not only come and support my work and shows, but that they also love it enough to part with their hard earned pennies and choose to have my work to live alongside in their home. So here are a couple of images from people who sent me images of my artwork in their homes....

These photos fill me with joy and they look so lovely in a home being enjoyed. Thanks to Rob and Kim for sending me the photos. The photos were taken by Lewis Cabuche Photography www.lewiscabuche.com

This painting was brought by a lady as gift ... it now hangs proudly over the fireplace......

I look forward to getting more images from those that brought work last year and just to say a massive thanks to all those that supported .....Me
